Especially for the reconditioning of FIBCs, used for storage and transport of chemicals, Rebu developed a cleaning installation which meets all demands with respect to safety and health of our fellow workers. This machine, and also the other materials used in this surrounding, meet the ATEX (Atmospheres Explosives) standards. Apart from more traditional measures to prevent an explosion from happening (f.e. breaking plates in filter installations/ banish ignition sources) our machinery is equipped with an explosion protection system what makes sure that an explosion at hand will never occur.

Of course Rebu has an explosion safety document for which the estimation of risks and application of correct procedures is accredited by a Notified Body.
Zone classification is therefore well known and, also in production, clearly marked.
